Thanks for your repy Nayeem,
but the issue is, that by filling out the registration form, no Subscriber is added to this list: “Subscribers“. But only into the WP-list “Benutzer”.
Is it possible that the Download Manager App only works on english sites? (a user is called “Subscriber” in English and “Benutzer” in German)
