On my live site which is behind a firewall and I can’t share the url. I do have the current version and it is not working. I mentioned in my last post that the test site I sent you a link to was outdated because it is a test site but both versions are doing the same thing for me. I updated this test site to the latest version and it is still doing the same thing if you could take another look please. same login info that I already provided.

I added toolbar=”0″ and it is ok now.
Took a little while digging through the docs pages to figure it out.
before I go is there anyway to make the create package page a lot more simple. I really only need title upload file select category and publish. Any direction you can provide to do that?

I renewed one of my licenses and uploaded the new version and yes it is working correctly now and the package is created and no longer in a pending state. But when I go to the all items page and I try to remove one of the pending packages I get a dimming of the screen like an overlay is coming but that’s it never anything to delete the file I have to surf away from the page. I am going to remove those manually as admin and try again. Maybe it is because they were created while there was an issue and they were stuck in pending status.

I just downloaded 6.1.4 and looked I was still using version 6.0.0. I will upload now and test son. If it continues I will try to replicate on my test site. Or make a new copy of the troubled site.

Hello Tanvir, I am sorry it is a law enforcement site and behind a firewall. I don’t have external access. I have problem all the time with this issue of firewall. I do have a test site setup but I will have to test that site first to see if it is doing the same thing. I figured it if was a known issue or a simple setting someone would know and help right away.

I have searched and read a few posts about this issue. I am just adding a single pdf and when I click the link in my sidebar anything I’ve tried displays a download button and it is forcing the open or save as .zip file. I have checked the open in browser (setting) and played with templates. I just want to be able to upload as various users to a few categories pdf files mostly and I want a sidebar widget to open them in a browser. Its just not doing that.
