– When the user cancell a recurring subscription in his WordPress account, does it need also to cancell it on paypal account to stop being charged ?

Guys, don’t ask us to make feature requests for wrongly working function.
Every subscription in the world work like this, you will get what you paid for, no matter when you cancell it.
Please fix it asap to avoid us looking like scammers.
Almost every time when we ask to fix a wrongly working function, you ask us to make a feature request.
Definatelly this has to be fixed, i have a lot of refund request because the users doesn’t get what they paid for.
Also how can i see the users that had a subscription and they cancell it later ? I can see numbers statistics but not the user id.
to be more clear, i mean delete the plugin and install back, not just reinstall over the exiting one.

1) Subsciption expire date is not updated when the subscription is renewed automatically.
As example today 25/03/2023 a user subscribe to a 1 day plan with autmatically renew option. The expire date will be 26/03/2025.
On 26/03/2025 and 27/03/2025 the subscription is renewed automatically, but the expire date will always remain 26/03/2025.
2) Error message when membership plugin is activated (screenshoot on my previous post).
Also if the plugin is activated, after administrator press on login, it will stay pending on the login form.
If refresh the page, the administrator is actually loged in but cannot access the admin dashboard.
You can reproduce the error by enabling the membership plugin (now is disabled)
What about for my issues ?
Also now i have this problem if i disable the plugin and then try to enable it again
and if i keep the plugin enabled, i can’t access the WP admin dashboard
