Hello, I can’t understand. I bought this extension and it’s not working. I kindly request a refund of my money. Since I bought the extension it hasn’t worked and they haven’t been able to help me with support either, so it’s a product that isn’t working. And they also don’t explain to me what’s happening or what the problem is. I request your help for the refund please.

I have already published the app on Facebook, I have added my website to the Facebook app, and in the download package, I have enabled the “Enable Facebook Share Lock” function. However, when I test it, it does nothing. It allows me to share on Facebook, but it doesn’t let me download the package. After sharing, this image appears and it doesn’t allow me to download. Could you please help me? Thanks
