Thank you Tanvir!
I’ll check all of those. I’ve noticed that Elementor does work on Microsoft Edge, that seems strange to me.
I’ll be back with the checks from those things you posted.
Hi Tanvir, sorry for the VERY late reply. This issue is still causing a problem. We’ve updated to the latest version and still Elementor won’t load.
I’m not sure how to share error logs, can you give me a clue please.
Hi Guys, please any news on this at all?
Hi Shahriar, Thank you for the above.
I’ve spoken to the guy that is working on this for me and he has informed me that he has not made changes to the core plugin but has used hooks. The above will need an addon though. Can you advice how we would go about making the above changes in an addon please.
Thank you.
Hi Shahriar, yes I would like to proceed. This is functionality we very much need. Thank you. We’ve already made our own changes to the plugin so cannot update now anyway.
Thanks Shahriar, that sort of works. It is no longer making another package which is great. However, I’m unable to actually update fields like the title or the description. I can add an icon though.
Any ideas? I need all fields to be updatable.
thanks
I’ve done some more testing. Everything uploads fine from the csv. The issue remains that it is creating a new item and not updating the one that exists even though there is a column now called ‘id’ that contains the packages original ID.
is it because I put the ID column as column A??? Should I put it at the end?
Ok, I’ve finally gone through all my files extracting the post IDs. Then I made a spread sheet exactly the same as the sample that downloads but I added in a column for ID as instructed by Shaon. However, when I upload this csv it ignores the ID column and create a new item.
This is so frustrating as I’ve just spent three days extracting all the IDs to put in the sheet!
Please please can you advise on this asap.
ok thanks Shaon, I’ll look into editing the database. thanks.
So I cant switch to SSL without editing each package?
thanks Shaon,
This does not really help me though. If I want to upload 1000 files that are already uploaded does that mean I have to manually get all the post IDs now?
If I delete them all and start again can I put IDs in the ID column before I even upload them? How would I do this?
