The problem is not spamming. We have to use Mailchimp forms for our newsletter subscribers, some users have changed their names, phone, address that these details have been updated automatically in MailChimp. However, the DM is not doing that process as expected.
Could you please help us to fix this?

Sorry, the problem shared one month ago is still there. I installed the new add-on update and the problem continues. Do you have any solution for this?

Below you see the groups in Download Manager and the MailChimp. Downloader is not taking all these groups into account.

Could you please advise on this? See that WP is not recognizing the same number of groups we have in MailChimp

It’s only bringing 10 groups of 30… Did you see the problem?

Not at all. Please see the snapshots. WP is bringing some but not all.

I cannot allocate subscribers with the option “Assign to Groups” using the conditional “when”. Any help on this?
