I removed the Premium Packages plugin and reinstalled latest version

1. The payment button is not in the center, it is skewed downwards. How to align?

On the cart page when choosing paypal payment it automatically loads paypal payment button, but in this page it doesn’t, the user has to click twice. I think it would be better to let it autoload like the cart page.
