Hi Nayeem, as I already said: we have a solution to this and we don’t need the plugin anymore.

Hi Nayeem,
unfortunately updating the plugins doesn’t help and I can’t switch the theme because it is custom tailored.
As I wanted to gain control over the fields in our download form AND get notified when someone downloads I thought this is the best plugin. Too bad it doesn’t seem to be compatible with my site.
Can you recommend me another one of your add-ons and maybe exchange it for the form lock?

Hi Nayeem,
thanks for your advice but this didn’t work on my staging site. On my live site I couldn’t test it because I was afraid to break it. Must be something about the theme. Or about the jquery version?
Earlier I posted this error from the console:
Bootstrap’s JavaScript requires at least jQuery v1.9.1 but less than v4.0.0
at Object.jQueryDetection (util.js:187)

Hi there, I got the backend working again. This was about a completely different issue with the AJAX Loader Plugin which I fixed. Could you have another look at the Form Lock please?

Hi there, I am very sorry about this. My page seems to be broken to users who are logging in for the first time / or again. I am trying to fix this. I’ll send you an update when it is working again. I only just realised because of you having trouble logging in.
