unfortunately updating the plugins doesn’t help and I can’t switch the theme because it is custom tailored.
As I wanted to gain control over the fields in our download form AND get notified when someone downloads I thought this is the best plugin. Too bad it doesn’t seem to be compatible with my site.
Can you recommend me another one of your add-ons and maybe exchange it for the form lock?

thanks for your advice but this didn’t work on my staging site. On my live site I couldn’t test it because I was afraid to break it. Must be something about the theme. Or about the jquery version?

Hi there, I got the backend working again. This was about a completely different issue with the AJAX Loader Plugin which I fixed. Could you have another look at the Form Lock please?
