Did you test it as a guest purchaser or just through the admin account?

Looking at the site records did you test under a guest checkout or through the admin user. The problem is not with members that are logged in, it’s specifically with guest checkout for customers that don’t have a login.
Have you tested it without logging in? The Guest Download page works fine if someone is logged into the account but that kind of defeats the purpose. I’ll check the plugins and template but I’d like to get confirmation on your end that it actually works for a non-logged in user.
Can you pl3ase tell me what the problem was so it doesn’t happen again.
In addition, if you have to turn in test payments while you troubleshoot can you PLEASE turn it back off when you are done. It messes with my sales and always seems to reactivate when I have you look at something.
Isn’t this shortcode to allow searching packages by tags. Reading the page that’s what it seems to be saying. But that’s not what happens.

So just to make sure I’m understanding. Even though there is a search box; if a user types in a keyword that is tagged to the package, it will not show up in the search results as currently designed.
I don’t need the filters I just need the search function to actually search the packages. What are the point of being able to assign tags if they don’t actually show up in the search result. Am I missing something here?
Uh yeah, I realize I need to type my search into the search bar. I’m wondering why when I type one of my tags into the search bar I get no results even if one of those tag keywords is associated to packages.
Are you trying to tell me that the search will only return results for words that are directly in the package description because that’s not very useful.
I’m using the packages elementor module.
That only partially fixed the problem. Now I am getting a confirmation the payment went through on the site. But there is no download button for the user. I did disable the option you suggested. The wrong price is also getting sent to Paypal during checkout.
For Guest Users there is no way for them to download. There is no link in the confirmation email and the Guest Download page link doesn’t work.
