Shaon…. what is frustrating for users here is that the process is not clean and your website is not intuitive for the user to follow…
Perhaps you have a very good product…. we don’t know…. and the user experience is frustrating to setup so that leaves us with the impression that there are more problems to come….

The first thing that I noticed was the almost complete absence of any “get started” steps…
I finally got the plugin installed however there was no access point that registered on the word press menu as most of these plugins do…
I have no idea how to start using this plugin….
I have sent multiple emails to the support email address but have not received a response…
Will this post get deleted or will there be someone actually willing to help a concerned user out to get this download manager installed and working???
