It has already been fixed, the index.php was saved with UTF-8 encoding and it eliminated the strange characters and spaces

After the last version of wordpress the problem occurred

We have identified the function that generates the download, could you indicate what changes are in the latest version of download-manager plugin in the donwloadFile() function of the file /libs/class.FileSystem.php
