Thanks for the reply. We updated to the latest version of WPDM-Form Lock. That fixed the display issues and the pages appear to be rendering correctly.
However, we had Ninja Forms plugin forms working with the previous version and they do not appear to be working with the current version. If you checkout downloads on our live site https://extechinc.com/lightwall-3440-polycarbonate-wall-panels/ you will see the popover without any form being displayed.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
It appears this extension is the issue.
WPDM – Form Lock
Any replacement option?
Thanks
We recently updated to php 7.2 but this update broke our display for anything related to Downloads Manager. Below is a link to the page where one of the display issues is occurring. Please advise.
Hey just fyi I played with the settings, updated the page via the frontend settings back to the same page I was using, and everything is back to normal.
Any advice on this issue? I am working on something that involves my user dashboard and was hoping to roll it out today. Thanks.
Awesome thank you!
Thanks Shahriar!
Awesome! Thank you Shahriar!
Wonderful – thank you!
Hi Shahriar,
I’m using the form lock add-on to enable a Ninja Form as my email lock. However, when user completes the form, it doesn’t download the file. Do I need to set-up separate actions with Ninja Forms to enable users to download after they complete the form?
Hi Shahriar,
Thanks for all of your help so far. I have one more question – is there anyway to hide the WPDM login form? I have my redirects with Ninja forms set-up, and it’s working quite well, but I still have the login form for WPDM manager showing when a user is logged out.
Shahriar, you are a lifesaver – it’s working now! You made me realize customization wasn’t needed, so I checked the settings and got it to work. Thank you so much!
When I set-up the redirects with Ninja Forms, it redirects to the page where I put the [wpdm_user_dashboard] shortcode, but it doesn’t show the user dashboard – it only shows the WPDM login form.
Thanks for the advice, and this could definitely work if only I could figure out how to have the Ninja Forms redirect to the user’s specific dashboard. When I set up the redirect, it takes the user to the page where I have [wpdm_user_dashboard] set, but shows no dashboard.
Ok – the only reason I’m trying to get the Ninja forms to integrate is because my CRM software has a special tag associated with Ninja forms that captures leads. Do you have a suggestion on how to funnel registrations and the activity of logged in users into X2 CRM? Sorry for all the questions.
This is awesome. Than you so much Shahriar!
Magnificent! Thank you!
