It works!
Thank you, you saved me from a verbal lynching.
Yes, you can.
Let me know something.
Hy Nayeem,
some news for me?
Marcello
Hello.
I did what you suggested and the problem was not solved, moreover, considering that the PDF display occurs regularly when it is a single file, the problem cannot be the other plugins otherwise, even a single file, would not have been read. Please can you test the problem better and give me a solution?
Grazie
Also, I tried several times to activate the free “WordPress PDF Viewer” plugin but never succeeded. It always turns out to be activated.
Very well, thanks for the prompt support.
Can I reactivate the cache plugin?
Sorry, maybe I said badly. I don’t need a list but the total sum of the packages which, at the moment is 379 but it increases every time I insert a new one. I need the total number and not the list.
Great! Now you can help me with a shortcode indicating the total number of all packages present in the download manager
As the documentation say: show total downloads of a package.
I need the total number of downloads of all the packages. Can you help me in this?
I want to specify that I am not a php programmer
Hello. No, I haven’t actually solved the problem. I just closed the ticket because it was incorrectly expressed. I have opened another which has the same content. Yes, I need to be able to have a shorcode or a template that shows me the total number of downloads made by my site.
Sorry for the mistake. I meant single download
Now is ok. Tank you.
Not being able to wait any longer, we manually modified every single package. Your support is no longer needed.
Please change to “Single coloumn with doc preview” and try to Update All.
After that go to the tenth page of “all packages” and try to visualize the contents of one of them. You will see that the default page template has not changed as it should.
