but i can’t deactivate the lock option anywhere. There is no check box that I can click on.
It’s about this single download, where you have to accept the terms and conditions before you can download the file.
However, the download should work immediately without a window popping up and requiring you to click on the terms.
These settings are outdated. These settings do not exist in my backend.
