Hi Tanvir,

Sorry for the delayed response. I managed to get the FTP details to connect in the “settings < FTP” section, but the contents of the FTP server are not showing on “Add new” section. When logging in with these details via filezilla I can see the files so it is not a server issue. Please can you explain if i am using the FTP plugin wrong?

Hi Tanvir,

Sorry for the slow reply on this, we have been waiting on correspondence with our client. I have just tried the plugin with FTP details instead of SFTP as you suggested and still it wont connect. I can connect when I use the same details on filezilla. Can you please advise?
