Well, I had to take the form lock off so people could actually download the white papers. But on some of the pages the download button does not show up: http://cifingredients.com/download/sweet-potato-juice-blends-health-and-marketing-opportunities/

Any kind of response would be nice, i.e. “hey we got your request, we are really backed-up, but will get to you asap”. Something.

Okay, cool, when will that be available? Is there anything I can do now to stop it. Can you point me to code that I can alter myself until the update?

Hey Shaon,
Sorry for the flippant comment, I was just frustrated trying to get educated on this plugin. I eventually understood where this went. I have set up the page like I like using template editor. Thanks for the speedy response and the willingness to help out. I can imagine that plugin support is a pretty thankless and frustrating job. So Thank you!
