Hello,

the login modal appears automaticaly by clicking on modal menu in admin, but logo is not displayed.
So I do not have to enter a custom link, because modal menu appears.

So please can you tell me what to do?

Thank you very much, it is also possible to check the user after registration and activate it manually. He should only be able to log in after the admin has checked the name and email address. This is how we can prevent abuse.

Hello,

thank you very much for your information. When I try to register on https://devpink.co.at/download/ -> first file is blocked -> then I change to registration side -> there is information -> User Registration is deactivated. Where can I change this?

Is it possible then to register and to approve User before download file?

Hello,
thank you for your answer. Yes I want to lock some download files for user with registration. Other files are free to download.

User must register and user will only be activated after verification of the e-mail address and name (through admin if possible).

on template “Advanced Search ( Left )”. Is it possible to adjust the this template.

e.g.
– only search field in first row
– no Date filter
– no “Match Any und All”-filter

Sorry, just one question. How can I change date.

Default ist mm/dd/yyyy. But in Austria and most places in Europe you write date dd/mm/yyyy.

Hello,
I installed the template with shortcode on https://devpink.co.at/downloadtest/

[wpdm_archive_filter items_per_page=”10″ categories=”Allgemein,Technik,Montage- und Betriebsanleitung,Bild” template=”default” cols=1]

but it does not work. I will become no result. I also inserted the categories to the code.

How can I set the font for categories and tags in this template to 14px.

Hello Nayeem,
thank you very much for your quick answer. What I mean is if there is also a user registration to verify the user before he becomes access to the download area.
When a user register on my side I will become an email with information about new user. If email and name is ok, I accept the user to have access to all download-files.

Hello Hasibul,

I have pro version and now I tried it. No I have the code:

[wpdm_all_packages items_per_page="20" jstable=1 order_by="title" order="ASC" cols="title,file_count,download_count|version|categories|update_date|download_link" colheads="Name::400px|Version::150px|Kategorie::125px|Update::125px|Download::150px"]

But their is still the problem, that “Version” is not above the column “Version”, etc.

Hello Hasibul,

thank you very much, it works. Please tell me, in which version of Download Manger I can set the column width, so that the title appears above the correct column.
Now the title is off and it does not look really professional.

Thank you, the browser returns to the front-end uploader and the name of the previously uploaded file is still in the input field. I think the field should be empty, because in this situation you do not know if the file was uploaded or not.

Hello,

where did you do it? It works, but after the upload, the browser returns to the front-end uploader and the name of the previously uploaded file is still in the input field (see screenshot).

Hello,

thank you very much. Just another question. Is it correct that the buttons „Browse, URL, Lock-Options and Icons“ does not work at Frontpage-Uploader.

If I click on “Add download package“ at Frontpage-Uplader the file will be uploaded, but the field contents in the individual input fields will remain. Is this normal?
