Thank you! It looks like it’s working now but I need to wait for the sale to confirm and then I’ll close the ticket.

One question from earlier that I would still like answered. Should we be using Stripe’s 2022-11-15 API? Our Stripe API is currently on 2019-5-16.

Hi Shahjada,

Thank you, however when I installed the update from inside the site, it uninstalls the old version but doesn’t install the new version. It removes the plugin entirely. I had to upload / reinstall the old version.

I tried the update from the WordPress updates, and the plugins page and from the Download Manager/settings/updates.

From the WordPress updates and plugins page, I got a success message but as soon as I refreshed the update was back. From the Download Manager updates, it uninstalled. I was offered an install button and then a success message but the plugin was uninstalled.

I also tried downloading from our Download Manager downloads area and uploading that but it’s still the old version.

I forgot to mention that each time a coupon code is entered, it creates a new price option in our Stripe product!

Please read the entry above too.

I checked with Stripe and saw the price wasn’t updating there no matter what I did on the site or stripe settings.

However, I was able to create an price option at Stripe for $2500.00, then got the price code from Stripe and manually replaced the old price in the database using hosting PHPMyAdmin.

That fixes a product purchase with no coupon, but the coupons are still using $2.00 for a calculation so instead of $500.00 off of $2500.00m they are getting $1.60, which is 20% off of $2.00.

Is this something I can fix in the database too?

Hello Tanvir,

First issue is membership price is $2500.00 for 1 year but when you pay at Stripe the amount is $2.00.
Second issue, we gave people a coupon code for $500 so the price is $2000.00 but they ended up with free accounts! Related to first issue I’m guessing.
Also when we tried a 20 percent coupon the amount reflected 20% of $2.00 not $2500.00.

Thanks Tanvir,

Is there a way I can make the download buttons more intuitive? “Download Zip” and “Download Singles” for example? I don’t see that in options. How hard would it be to target these with a function?

Hello,

Reopening this. If that’s not possible, please let me know and I’ll start a new thread.

2. Test Pay – For individual bundles – transaction processes and order is recorded but no download is available in account “Order Details”.

(Tanvir said) —– Found the issue. If directory is selected there is no download button. But if the download is in zip, then working fine. However, I have forwarded the issue to the developer team. It will be fixed soon.

(Tanvir said later) — The issue is already fixed by our developer team and released. Please update premium package plugin to the latest version. It will solve the issue.

Further testing of the new version reveals still no download after purchase even though the download is a zip, not a directory. I currently am not using the directory feature on any products.

Login we set up up still is working if you need access and is in a private reply above this.
