Thank you. I just received a bunch more messages this morning – it’s still happening. See below.

The reports are coming from all different users. I’m not sure what you’re referring to – our emails are sent from converkit via katie@literacylearn.com.
Hi, we are still receiving reports of errors. See screenshot here. https://limewire.com/d/CXBx3#MN8p8G7v6d
We really need a fix on this soon. Any ideas/thoughts?
You said it was a caching issue related to emails sent to my subscribers. Can you please open links from the email I forwarded you, or here is one:
It’s the instant download that isn’t working. And did you enter the site through my convertkit email links I sent? I don’t want files to be emailed to the user – that setting is toggled off. We are getting complaints of the “invalid download” error still as of yesterday, so can you please look into this?
I updated the plugin, removed the email lock, and I’m still getting complaints of the “invalid link” error.
Any advice/guidance? We are losing money every day this is happening and our users are getting rightfully frustrated.
Hello, it’s been about 4 weeks since you identified the invalid link issue. Do you have an update forthcoming? My users are having lots of trouble. This is a huge issue.
I’m sorry, I don’t see how to do that. There’s no update available in my plugins – I have premium packages 6.2.0 and download manager 3.3.52. Neither has an update available. I’m obviously paying for the pro version… How can I update?
How do I get access to that? I’m seeing the most updated version is 3.3.52. This is causing a really big problem for me – I’m getting TONS of messages every single day, and have had to pause all emails to my subscribers.
I don’t have that option. See screenshot. https://prnt.sc/jx3jTfTjoUjU
Ok, thank you. In the meantime, is it possible to completely turn off the email lock site-wide somehow, without going package by package?
Hi again, wondering if you have any updates? I rolled back the version and still experiencing the same problems in the meantime. Thank you!
Ok, great, looking forward to that. Thank you for your help!
In the meantime, can we go back to looking at the reason why I’m getting download links emails when that’s toggled off? We looked at it earlier in this thread.
Hi, Yes I understand what you’re saying, but I cannot go in and add that to hundreds of packages – and thousands of scheduled emails across multiple sequences – and even if I could, it’s unlikely that the teachers (who are my audience and are not tech savvy) will not understand the instruction. They have enough trouble as it is. This is a really bad UX.
What I’ma asking is if I can expect a solution in the next few weeks? Is this a priority or just added to the list of things you’ll look into? I need to know asap if I need to look for an alternate file manager plugin.
Hi, Do you expect an answer in the very near future? It is not feasible to expect my subscribers to follow instructions to open a link in a new window.
That’s great news. Any update on when it’ll be corrected?
Hi again, let’s switch back to the invalid link issue. I’m still getting a lot of messages from users who cannot access it. They’re all getting an “invalid link” error.
I was able to replicate it when clicking a link from my email newsletter – here’s an example url https://literacylearn.com/download/open-closed-syllable-matching/?wpdmdl=5567&_wpdmkey=69b19252a9c38&__wpdm_els=1

The toggle is off on this package (https://literacylearn.com/download/descriptive-writing-topic-prompts/), but I’m getting an email link anyway. Please see screenshot and advise — https://prnt.sc/x60ljp7g6-1W
No, it’s an email with subject line: Download Request For Shades of Meaning Anchor Chart
I received it in the middle of the night.
Thank you, I added a screenshot for your review. Yes but I can’t replicate the issue on my end, maybe because I’m a logged in user on all my browsers/devices? I’m going to forward you an email – can you check?
