Hi, I don’t know the format, but I’ve never had this problem before and I’ve followed this process multiple times… this is the error message when I export the csv from WPDM and upload it to convert kit : emails-2.csv can’t be uploaded (Trailing quote on quoted field is malformed).

Can you please take a look at this?

Thank you. The csv has thousands of lines so checking line-by-line isn’t a viable solution. Can you please check to make sure csv files are formatted properly so I don’t have to go line-by-line to check the quotation marks?

I’m not interested in paying for the CK integration at this time because I’ve run into problems with the plugin over and over and over since I installed it. I would appreciate some help here. I’m paying for the upgraded version of WPDM so I can collect email subscribers. I would like that functionality to be working.

Hi, no – I’m downloading the csv of subscribers collected via email lock. When I import the list to convertkit, there is an error due to the way the csv is formatted – with improper or unpatching quotation marks.

Hi, I’m not sure what to do with the sample csv. It doesn’t make sense for me to constantly be editing csv files either. When I download the subscribers, how do I edit the csv? Can’t it just be formatted correctly to save your users this step?

Deleting all stats doesn’t delete the subscribers, and I need to delete subscribers. I submitted a feature request. I’ve been using phpMyAdmin since you messaged me, but that still only allows me to select 500 at a time, and each time takes a few minutes to process. So I’ve been sitting at my computer for 45 minutes and I’m only halfway through deleting the subscribers from the last few weeks. This is awful. Please, if you can ask that they take my feedback, that would be very much appreciated.

Ok, I can do that for now. It’d be much faster and easier (I wouldn’t have to get my host to create a backup first) if there was simply a “Select All” option, though. Would love it if could pass along this feedback.

Hi again – I was wondering if you have any updates for me. I’m getting daily emails from readers who cannot access the packages. They get the same “Invalid Link” issue. If I remove the email lock on a package, it seems to help. But the only reason I upgraded to the pro version was to get the email lock. I looked back at old tickets and saw some others had the same or similar issue. Is there anything you can do to help me? I’m really getting stressed about losing readers and providing a bad UX.

Hi and thank you for checking. Yes, I’ve had the download pages excluded for weeks. I’m not sure what’s causing this issue, but it’s happening intermittently with different packages, different browsers, and I can’t figure it out. But it’s definitely an ongoing issue and leading to a really bad UX for our readers. Can you look at the suggestion from BigScoots (below) and let me know if this is possible? Can we escalate to someone who can look at plugin optimization? Thank you again!

Please ask them for a way to better optimize their plugin, maybe instead of attempting to handle every single session individually it could do a single delete that will remove all sessions that are due to expire for example.

I would also reach out to download manager support for flooding your database due to storing excessive sessions, we were seeing upwards of 700 queries per second similar to:

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. The error comes up when clicking the download link in the email and the download button on the package. It’s a popup that I believe has the the WPDM logo. The login credentials haven’t changed since earlier in this thread. Thanks for your help!

Hi again, I tried this. However today I am still receiving emails from our readers that they’re getting ‘Invalid Link’ messages. I tested it myself just a few minutes ago, and I got the same invalid link message when I tried to download via email. I have to keep manually clearing the entire site cache in order to get this to resolve. Were you able to look at the suggestion from BigScoots? I’d really like to keep using the plugin but this is causing me to lose a lot of our readers and customers. For every complaint I get, I have to assume many more simply leave my site and don’t return.. it’s really bad UX. Would appreciate any help you can give me.

Hi again, my site is back up but I’m getting dozens of emails every hour with people getting an “invalid link” error when they try to download the printables. I’ve cleared the cache but now it seems like half of my readers can’t access downloads. Are you able to assist with this?
