Can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end when you log in? What are you seeing instead of the dashboard? I am not comfortable sharing my own login so I will try to fix that.

Can you try it now? There’s no TFA set or anything.

I’m trying to add a file to this package – https://literacylearn.com/download/valentines-day-word-search/. It’s happening in others too, but this is the one that has nothing currently attached, which is a big deal.

I reached out to my host, and they stored the plugin from the last backup. It is fixed site-wide now. Apparently the newest update did this – it is missing the shortcode/template tag in the anchor text.

Hi, thank you for that. Somehow the package link label would’ve been removed from all 400 packages on my website in one fell swoop? I didn’t go in and manually delete the text on each one. Is there a fix to add it back in?

Hi, I don’t know the format, but I’ve never had this problem before and I’ve followed this process multiple times… this is the error message when I export the csv from WPDM and upload it to convert kit : emails-2.csv can’t be uploaded (Trailing quote on quoted field is malformed).

Can you please take a look at this?

Thank you. The csv has thousands of lines so checking line-by-line isn’t a viable solution. Can you please check to make sure csv files are formatted properly so I don’t have to go line-by-line to check the quotation marks?

I’m not interested in paying for the CK integration at this time because I’ve run into problems with the plugin over and over and over since I installed it. I would appreciate some help here. I’m paying for the upgraded version of WPDM so I can collect email subscribers. I would like that functionality to be working.

Hi, no – I’m downloading the csv of subscribers collected via email lock. When I import the list to convertkit, there is an error due to the way the csv is formatted – with improper or unpatching quotation marks.

Hi, I’m not sure what to do with the sample csv. It doesn’t make sense for me to constantly be editing csv files either. When I download the subscribers, how do I edit the csv? Can’t it just be formatted correctly to save your users this step?

Deleting all stats doesn’t delete the subscribers, and I need to delete subscribers. I submitted a feature request. I’ve been using phpMyAdmin since you messaged me, but that still only allows me to select 500 at a time, and each time takes a few minutes to process. So I’ve been sitting at my computer for 45 minutes and I’m only halfway through deleting the subscribers from the last few weeks. This is awful. Please, if you can ask that they take my feedback, that would be very much appreciated.

Ok, I can do that for now. It’d be much faster and easier (I wouldn’t have to get my host to create a backup first) if there was simply a “Select All” option, though. Would love it if could pass along this feedback.

Hi again – I was wondering if you have any updates for me. I’m getting daily emails from readers who cannot access the packages. They get the same “Invalid Link” issue. If I remove the email lock on a package, it seems to help. But the only reason I upgraded to the pro version was to get the email lock. I looked back at old tickets and saw some others had the same or similar issue. Is there anything you can do to help me? I’m really getting stressed about losing readers and providing a bad UX.
