Hi good day, I don’t know if I need to open another ticket. Something about the custom data fields have changed and I can’t get it to work like it use to. It no longer shows up when adding new fields.
It is about time to renew my subscription, however I noticed the price is still $249 but the website has it as $179. How do I get the lower price? Do I need to cancel current subscription renewal and purchase new Business license?
My company is also requesting an invoice, how can I get that for Order# WPDM5F453B266449F?
We wanted to use the frontend for outside vendors to upload packages after they’ve registered or logged in, however too much information is displayed on their create package field, is there a way that can be reduced?
No longer able to download any of the previous packages uploaded from our website. nor can we download from the backend. The attachments simply aren’t able to be downloaded.
the download page and the backend no longer allows you to download a package. the default values plugin is gone. the custom fields are no longer working,
ok, so there is no way for regular users to continue using the traditional login page if the download manager login page is enabled correct? I’d like the download manager login page to only be utilized for those subscribers that have to upload packages.
I enabled login capabilities in this app, so that users can register and sign in to upload document packages. This in turn, changed the login from standard wordpress login to the download manager login. I have users that don’t access the backend of this site for download but instead for other items. They now login, end up on a profile page and then have to click on the top left to return to the wordpress backend menu.
is there a way to have regular users sign in the way they always did before the download manager login kicked in?
got it thanks, previously made changes inside the plugin editor. This way sure ensures that the page doesn’t keep resetting. I’ve updated the page: https://vingn.com/solicitation/.
6. I’d like to find out how to keep the wpdm login page separate from that standard wordpress login page. This plugin changes the login process of the whole site.
Thank you
that was my attempt to use a stock template in hopes it would at least show the template change, but it didn’t. The template I’d like to use is the procurement2020 template.
presently the shortcode has the link-template-widget set as the theme and instead the page still looks like this ; https://vingn.com/solicitation/.
this doesn’t work. To indicate my link template, I go to plugin editor, then shortcodes under lib, then down to line 285 and edit the defaults, turn on paging, increase the number of items to 20, and change the template. I’ve changed this to my custom template, and I’ve change it to the stock templates, however this doesn’t change the appearance of the link. There is still some issues in templates.
How do I prevent the custom changes from being reset every time the plugin updates?
good day, didn’t get a notification about you latest response via email. I’m only now seeing this response. I corrected the recaptcha.
Please try again.
Another post reminded me that you have to go to license key, press save settings and then update the plugin again. This worked for me.
my update from download manager pro 5.2.3 failed as well.
resaving the license and trying again sure worked. I hope this will be the end of the manual update.
