I login in my web and detect that your support team ONLY DEACTIVATE THE PLUGIN… is this the support I must expect????

The upper bar of tools disappeared in my website after your connection…

Thx for the info. I checked the plugin. The effect is the same, continuous reloading, but, now, the pages in the thumbnails from 3er to last page are viewed scaled…
Still nothing. I gave the login info, they connected to my website, but there is not any communication still.
