Let’s break your last response down!
You: Here the default viewer is coming from external source…
Me: What do you mean, the PDF have been uploaded to our WordPress site.
You: … ( google doc viewer )…
Me: As far as I know we are not using “google doc viewer” but rater using your short code [WPDM_Tree] to display the PDF’s
You: You may use our custom pdf viewer add-on, this will solve the problem.
Me: Why was this mentioned 3 weeks ago when I opened the ticket?
Thought or can you provide any additional help?
We paid GoDaddy development team to look at the issue and they said it was not an issue with their server but an issue with Download Manager plug-in.
There is nothing in the debug.log meaning there are no errors and yet we still see issues with the PDF files occasionally not loading the image about 20% of the time. If you hit refresh it will eventually load.

This is my biggest issue. Drawing do not always load. It is NOT just the one below. There is no rhyme or reason.

How can I remove the code at the top of the template: (By | February 20, 2015)
Sorry for all the messages. I see why I was not able to edit the template because the Pro plugin was not being used. I am still having the performance issues open some of the PDF’s.
I think there is still something wrong with the plug-in. I am unable to create new or edit my templates too. Can you take another look?
When I changed the theme to something different it was still an occasional issue with opening some of the PDF. Do you have any other thoughts that I may have missed?
I deleted the “Tax Exempt Form” PDF. Is that what you think caused the performance issue? Is there a way to remove the [file_list] listed on the template pages?
Any idea that this is on the page when I view the template page?
{Warning: Attempt to read property “post_title” on null in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/hide-page-post-titles/TJ-Plugins-hide-title.php on line 136
Also, is the [file_list] shortcode on the page a part of Download Manager? That seems to be broken and may be causing the issue.
Thank you. Does that mean it’s an issue with JQMOGRATE? Is that a plugin issue with another plugin?
We just tested it and the drawings are still not loading some of the times. Can you take another look?
Thank you! What was the issue?
