We’re getting complaints from users who’s downloads will start but just hang forever and not finish downloading.

Oh right, thank you. A couple more things..

Is it possible to make it so you don’t have to click 2 download buttons? There’s one button to submit your email address and another after that?

Also, is it possible to change the colour of the spinning loader from green to another colour? (see screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/pz8umm ) I can’t seem to find it anywhere in the CSS and I can’t inspect the element fast enough before it disappears.

Thank you for doing that. How does it know that a user has already provided their email address? Does it recognise their IP? I’m just trying to figure out how to test it.
