Seems to be fixed now. My web hotel provider wrote:
So the error required one script to be able to access the other, which you will see, I added as a variable in your etc/php.ini file at the bottom.
I don’t really know if that is a ‘safe’ thing to do, so I would only suggest it as a temporary solution until you can figure out how to best utilize this plugin.
I then uninstalled and reinstalled WPDM, and they reverted their changes. Seems to be fine now.
