Based on the extent of the issue demonstrated by the client, I don’t believe this is cache related and seems like it is a serious bug. That said, I just disabled cache and was able to reproduce the issue as shown in the video.

I don’t follow the question. The video demonstrates how the client is experiencing several issues related to files no uploading properly, overwriting each other, etc. They seem to all be related. If you need to start with an issue, start with the first issue the client demonstrates in her video.

The site is using LiteSpeed Cache. We did try clearing cache and that didn’t seem to resolve or change the behavior.
The client uploads new packets every month and this is the first month this has been an issue since I started managing the site (8+ years ago).
Nayeem – the issue is, as Don pointed out, this plugin is constantly an issue when it comes to keeping it up to date. Work arounds don’t solve the issue. It’d be nice if you and your team could figure out what’s going on and fix the problem rather than patching it with work arounds.

The license key is correct.
I’ve had to download and install manually the last 3 or so updates.
Is there any hope of not having this issue going forward?
I noticed the plugin wasn’t updating, again. Had to manually update. Why does this keep happening? After updating, the issue seems to have resolved itself.
