I am still struggling with this.
I have checked with siteground, and they say the max post size are both 100MB.
I have confirmed this with a plugin that checks (and allows me to set) the sizes.
Sometimes I do manage to upload a large file (greater than 10MB), but most of the time, it shows the upload bar, which gets to 100%, and it shows the file upload is complete eg (2015-02-10 Delete Me 88- Ps Larry.mp3 (28.7 mb/28.7 mb)), but that is where it stays it does not pop the filename to the top like it normally does.
Wordpress version is now 4.1.1 Running Incarnation Theme,
Download Manager version is 2.7.88
I have turned on WP Debugging to debug.log and have also installed the debug bar.
