Hello, I have purchased the plugin and followed the instructions on the page (https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wordpress-private-message and also https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/how-to-add- a-private-messaging-and-live-chat-system-in-wordpress), and I can’t get it to work. I have a page with the short code for private messages and another page for live chat, and they are displayed, but if I send a message in the chat nothing appears, the same for inbox messages.

Hello, I have created a package … but anyway, when I had the FREE version installed I could see the different templates normally, now when I purchase the PRO version I cannot see (I can see the codes when editing, but not the image PREVIEW of the template) … neither link templates, nor page templates.

In User Panel I have the “recommended downloads” module, how do I make the files appear in that area? I have followed the prompts to add the category, but they do not appear … and how do I add in the “user level” box of the panel for example the word “Member”. Thanks.
