This code doesn’t work
The problem is not only with the .ai, if you check the test you created, you will experiment the same problem
Please, add that feature, it will be great!
Please, check in your environment and fix this issue
Still doesn’t work unless I modify the lines 61 and 67 of the download-manager.php file
I changed the structure of the site, since the shortcode wasn’t working, I created 2 main Categories and replicated the subcategories how I wanted inside each one.
Anyway, the shortcode showing 2 categories without showing the others one on the tree, is not possible
Yes, initially they appears correctly, but you can click on any of the other categories on the left sidebar and you can see the files inside them. I don’t want that.
Hi,
I have that add-on installed, and the short code like I have it, works partially, it shows the documents, but it also shows all the other categories.
Check this screenshot https://a.cl.ly/8Luq17qx
Here I’m using the shortcode.
[wpdm_archive button_style=”primary” template=”default” order_by=”date” order=”DESC” items_per_page=12 cols=1 colspad=1 colsphone=1 category=”orange-county,labs” include_children=1]
This is the shortcode I’m using, and I need to use it with more than 1 category
[wpdm_archive button_style=”primary” template=”default” order_by=”date” order=”DESC” items_per_page=12 cols=1 colspad=1 colsphone=1 category=”orange-county” include_children=1]
I had to modify the download-manager.php file in order to make it work, but that will be overwritten when the next update comes up.
What’s a good way to make this?
that solution didn’t work. Any other idea?
It worked. THanks for the patch
I opened a new ticket already. Of course this problem only happens with a few themes, but it’s your plugin the one acting strange, that’s whay I though it might be something you can help me with, since you’re the one that knows the plugin and how it’s developed.
I have the same issue with the theme Pro, from theme.co
Is there a way to use the count shortcode by categories?
