Hmm, cron jobs do work, but it’s not triggering a new one pressing it. Is it likely to be because I use Vesta CP for my server?

Thank you. I’ve also sent through a customisation request – not sure if that’s been seen yet.

It was purchased in April 2018 as a one-off, I don’t think it mentioned anything about needing to renew to work.

It now just says “NA” for version number and that the latest is 1.9.3.

But it no longer appears in the menu as an option to change the default settings.

On packages with multiple MP3s the files behave differently to packages with one MP3, despite using the same template.

A single file allows users to stream using the audio player, and they can click to move the file forward, say 30 seconds, a minute, etc. If they click the ‘download’ button the native iOS media player opens up and people can listen that way, or in a browser, and they can right click and save.

You don’t get that with multiple files in a package and it seems like a bug.

All you can do is press play on the player, and you can’t skip forward. If you click ‘download’ it forces the browser to save the file.

It would be good to be able to make multiple file packages operate in the same way.

I have managed to import the packages as per this link:

March 2018 Podcasts

However I have a few questions…

1) The files don’t work. How do I set it up so that the MP3s from my old system still play?
2) The template setting hasn’t been applied in the import. Is there any way to quickly update the template for all packages?

Just wondering where the images, thumbnails, and descriptions would be stored if I did this? Or would I need to readd it all in?

Nothing was updated, but there were issues with malware. I will get this looked into.

Where do I now find the coding for categories because the new system does not make sense

Actually every time I write ‘podcast’ in it is changing to ‘podcastss’ with an extra s. Why!?

I don’t really understand. The pages just continue to show the homepage.

Each page has the code that has always worked on it, but it is not loading, even with the above change.

I don’t accept that it is a server issue if it works for certain browsers (Firefox) but not others (Chrome, IE, Safari).

I spoke to someone who has a Mac and they couldn’t get it to work.

What therefore should be done to the server to make it work?

That tag doesn’t seem to do its job.
