Thank you. Unfortunately, too much of the site has been built using Widgetkit to leave it deactivated. The problem is new and I do not recall a recent Widgetkit update. I do see by deactivating the bar goes away. If this is the conflict, in my case, it is much simpler to replace the downloader. I am sorry for this outcome.

Attached is a screen shot of this behavior. Again, when I deactivate the plug in this bar disappears.
