I found the problem, it is the ULTIMATE MEMBER plugin, but this is a big problem because it is the most known plugin for accessing files, now if the problem is only in uploading I can solve it by disabling the plugin only in uploading and changing the permissions at a later stage, but it is still a problem because our whole site is based on ultimate member.

The app id has never been entered and has always worked properly, anyway where do I find it? All the other data is present but your guide does not say where the app id is located

So i have a doubt WPDM Directory Add-on is the same to WPDM Archive page?

I have WordPress Download Manager Special Pack and pro version.
when i try to upload the WPDM archive pages it disappear.

We have a big problem,
i have update all, but wpdm archive is deleted, I’ve try to reinstall with the setting in download manger, i reead install successuful, but in my plugin there isn’t.
I need it, how can i resolve it?
