I can access to back office but front end of the site are blank!

I’ve just disable all my plugins. I’ve tried with an other theme.
Nothing, same error.

It’s like the cache isn’t working.

Thank you for the answer.

But did you open the zip file? I have downloaded it 50 times, it always appears corrupt …

For the captcha, I corrected the codes, and I tell you that it does not work.

I really need your help in emergency … My manager has authorized the renewal of the pack provided that it works, and there I am putting my work in danger …

I think it’s a problem with the creation of the cache or the zip in your plugin.
Every multifile package doesn’t word…

Look the “dropbox” package too…

Yes, the individual download! Not the “one zip file”! Also, it’s not serious for me to offer people a working individual download, and an corrupt file just above !

No way to fix it ?

It works for the other Multifiles package, when i use http upload…

i’ve just test what you saying, but no results.

Look: http://documents.eurekaindustries.fr/download/test_with_ftp_remote/
I used the window “add files from ftp-remote server” to add tree files. I allow individual download.
And when i click on “download”, i download a corrupt zip file of 0 ko.

Second exemple: http://documents.eurekaindustries.fr/download/test-with-drag-and-drop-attach-file/
I used the window “add files: drag and drop” to add three files in the package. I dont allow individual download.
WHen i click on “download” in the package, i download a correcct zip file of 11.77 Mo, with my three files inside.

I want do the same thing with remote-ftp server. Overwise, the plugin ftp-remote is useless with multifiles package, isnt it?
You have an admin access… Please help me. thank you 🙂

Sorry, I don’t understand.

It’s not possible to use remote ftp for the creation of a multifiles package?

In my website, i have package with more or less 10 files inside. And i don’t want allow individual download.

How can i do for make this package easely, known every files are already on the ftp, without re-upload via drag and drop http ?

Please explain me the process. Thanks

So, i’ve just downloaded the WPDM Special pack, and copy every dir in my dir plugin.

Now, i can add fils directly with ftp remote.

But the major problem stay: whan i go download a package (with some pdf inside), i download a zipfile corrupted of 0Ko!
For exemple, try with the package “stage 330inter” and password “ismael”

Why?

Hi!!

I have the same problem. All zip are corrupt when download.

I’ havent the “Resumable Download = Disabled” in settings.

Can you help me or give us a solution without give you acces to backoffice?
