Ok, the “Open in Browser” option was NOT selected.
I tried redoing all of the packages and now they all open in browser. Where is the Open in Browser option? Which settings (global or package)?
Our download page is password-protected, so this will mean you have to enter password twice – to access the page and then to download – that ‘s what I am trying to avoid.
There is nothing under construction on our site .. where did you look, I didn’t even provide a link?
Why do you need login to comment on the issue that I described?

I am using standard form lock option of the main plugin. I saw other people in the forum having the same issue.

I have purchased two packages from you and I have posted our problem on August 1st in this forum – so far I have received no response – what is your response time for paying customers? This is an urgent issue that we need to resolve immediately.
