I have already tried disabling the “Must agree to terms” option globally using the Default Value add-on.
The issue is that the change is inconsistent: it worked for some packages, but it did not reflect on many others. This is why I suspect there might be a sync issue or something preventing a full global update across all 25,000+ packages.
I am using the latest versions of both the WPDM main plugin and the Default Value add-on. Since my site is live with a large database, deactivating all plugins or switching themes for testing is very difficult.
Instead of sharing login details, would it be possible for you to connect via UltraViewer or TeamViewer? This way, I can show you the issue live on my setup, and we can look into the bulk update together.
Please let me know if this works for you and what time would be convenient for a quick connection.
Hello Nayeem,
Thank you for your response.
However, manually changing the lock options for 25,000+ packages is not a feasible solution. I want to disable the “Must agree to terms” setting for all packages globally.
The “default settings” option is not reflecting across all existing packages as expected. Could you please suggest a way to bulk update all packages at once, or provide a SQL query/snippet that I can use to update this setting in the database?
ok thanks
