That’s now been changed but it’s still not working. Also the links are still pointing to wp-login.php instead of your systems /my-downloads/ page?
We did build this page: https://staging.heskins.com/my-downloads/ but the links on the downloads link to the wrong page. If we can have the downloads link to this page: https://staging.heskins.com/my-downloads/ it will probably fix the issue.
Actually, Can we setup a bespoke login page for Downloads rther than sending them to the main login page? This is something that we need and might fix the issue?

I want to know how we can manually edit the link. It looks like it’s loading http instead of https and I’m wondering if this is the problem?
We have numerous people working on different parts of the website so switching off the plugins etc isn’t really an option for us.
Could we try editing the link so that it opens in a different tab first? As I really donw’ want to go through the huge task of ‘Trial and Error’ with other plugins. I’d rather find a solution because we obviously need the current theme and all of the live plugins. So finding a conflict won’t actually fix it.

Thanks for this. However, When I add a different logo it loads it then as soon as I leave the page is changes back? It also doesn’t add any watermarks to the images?
Is there any way for them to just add their own via the dashboard? By any chance…
When I try to update it says it’s up to date with v1.1.0?
Hi, I don’t really want them to upload packages etc, just add their profile pic in the same place that they enter their profile details?
