Hi, That would break the whole website. It relies on quite a few plugins – especially WPML.

Is there a way to find the problem without disabling plugins. Especially as disabling plugins will just say that your plugin conflicts with another rather than fixing the problem.

Thanks for the info. Can you fix it please? I ask because Avada is one of the top selling themes so I won’t be the only person with this issue.

We’re not sure to be honest. I can say that we are running 6.6.1 and not 6.6.2 if that helps?

Hi

This is all up and running now. It was the SMTP.

Thanks ever so much for your help.

Thanks for this.

It went to the page to say that I’ve been registered but I didn’t receive the email that the system said that I should have. The one to set my password. Did you?

I can see it’s added you as a subscriber in the WordPress USers but not a subscriber in My Downloads.

Thanks for this. I’ve now the redirect URL. However, the problem of the Registration form not actually adding a new user is the real problem. Again. Please try this on our site and you’ll know what I mean.

Hi

Sorry I think there is a bit of confusion here.

If you use the register link (that I sent in a private message). I want people to be able to access the downloads. At the moment, when you fill in the register form it doesn’t do anything. It just sends you to the wordpress login page.

The whole point of us having this download suite is so that people can login and access the downloads.

We want people to register and recieve an email with their login details so that they can access the downloads…

Yes that’s the place.

Please try and register yourself and you’ll see what I mean.

I.e. nothing happens…

Hi

Yes I understand now. However, I searched for the text on a string translation and it wasn’t there. Hence contacting you.

Apologies if I’ve missed something.

Sorry, I’m not sure what you mean. Can you let me know where to look in the settings?
