Hi, I’m really sorry I didn’t back it up. It was part of an old backup. Can you do it again please and I’ll back it up please? Also, is there a permanent fix?

It’s okay it’s fixed now. Is it possible that your change did this:

“your wp_posts table has an entry with an id 0 which was causing the error”

Yes but I’m quite sure it’s down to the change you made. Everywhere I have looked it talks about the changes you were talking about when this error happened.

Sorry that doesn’t seem to have worked.
Under that section there was only an option for:

“Downloads (wpdmpro)
Set different slugs in different languages for Downloads”

I added translations but nothing happened…

I also looked at String Translations but they were basic texts like “Loading”, “Search Results For” etc…

Just to Clarify: It’s for pages like this one: https://www.heskins.com/all-downloads/. This page shows 7 versions of each download package (1 for each language – even though they are all in English at the moment).

We are using this shortcode to create the page/ So, we need a filter within the shortcode to show download packages to separate languages.

[wpdm_packages template="individual_download" order_by="post_title" order="asc" paging="asc" items_per_page="10" async=0 cols=3 paging=1 colsphone=1 colspad=1]

Sorry, this was my fault. We updated the theme and it removed the code.

All they can do is maybe add a bespoke error message. Is there not a fix on your side?

But they will just come back and say that it’s working fine on their forms and it’s your forms that are causing the conflict. And they’d be correct.

Also, we’re paying for your product but we’re using their free version.

I don’t understand.

If I turn off the WPDM login register feature then people can’t sign up for WPDM?

Unfortunately not. It appears to be all or nothing:

Enable reCAPTCHA on the login and user registration pages…

Sorry we can’t because we had bots attacking us at the weekend. So, it’s important that we keep wordfence running
