Can you confirm that we are telling Google not to view the page after following your recommendations? I don’t want to come back in. 6 months time and find out that it’s not clocking Google.
Awesome thanks. That seems to have worked.
It must be caching for us. Thanks ever so much. You can close this now.
Just to confirm: when you register as a new user on our website it works fine?
Actually, I just quickly disabled all of the plugins apart form yours and all of your ‘sub plugins’ and it still didn’t work.
No, because it’s a live website and that would break things.
Is there no other way to fix this?
Thanks.
It must be something to do with my machine.
Please close this ticket and I’ll start a new one if it happens elsewhere.
Hi, No it’s not working for me unfortunately.
It only works for me when Administrator is removed form the list.
I even tried incognito mode.
Sorry, I don’t think I explained myself properly.
At the moment the Administrator is Disabled because it isn’t working properly.
Please remove the Administrator from the disabled list. Then try and download the yellow tape image. When you do this you will get the error.
Then when you have stopped testing it please add administrator back to the disable list.
Does that make sense?
Thanks, I’ve now done that
Can you please confirm that this will block search engines now?
Hi
We have it set to the default: Unmasked.
If I change this to Masked will it prevent search engines form seeing it? Also, will it change anything else?
That option is disabled
Hi, Yes that’s ticked but it’s been ticked for about 6 months?
That’s fab thanks
Hi
Thanks for this. However, we already have a page. We’re looking for a shortcode link so that it isn’t telling people who are logged in to login.
With any other plugins that have logins – like Woocomerce for example: When a user is logged in the link text changes from Login to My Account.
Oh on another note. How can I add a login button to the main menu that also let’s people go to their account if they are logged in?
Hi
I simply want people to be added to the list of subscribers in your plugin when they tick a box on the registration form and register. I feel like this is a basic feature and I must have missed this somewhere in the admin area.
All across the web, whenever you register or even send a company an email there is a a tick box to subscribe to their newsletter. It’s been a standard feature for over 2 decades.
Hang on a second.
So you have a subscription area but people can’t subscribe unless it’s for a specific download and they have to enter their details everytime they download that item? That doesn’t make sense?
Surely, the Subscription area is for people to generally subscribe?
I think you misunderstand my question. I have changed from linking to Mailerlite and I just want the Subscribers in you plugin to tick a box then to be populated by people registering for downloads.
Surely this is the basis of having the Subscriber list as part of your plugin?
