update, I received the user email but without customization,

Hi,
1- I need to send the user a message with customized email, when I do it does not send (check contact form / contact form email)
2- admin I want the default, but when I edit for the msg user in the email settings it sends blank admin mail, so I’ve to adjust the admin in which I’ve a problem because it sends the address as array
3- forms—> MailChimp is not pulling the MailChimp lists from my MailChimp account, although same settings are working fine ith WP download manager.

I want the following:
– users to receive a customized msg.
– Admin to receive the standard msg, if not possible ( please check why the address field shows as ‘array’) in the message
– MailChimp is not pulling the list although it works with WMDP

are you checking the website now? because I see weird behaviour and most of the pages contents are gone!!

also mailchimp add on is not pulling the email list from mail chimp, although it works with WPDM with the same API key

Here are the problems I’ve
When I add the user template, it does not send the customized panel,
when I edit the admin template it does send the admin, but the address component appears as “array

what I want is leave the admin panel as the default, it’s better for me.
I want to send a customized user message with the name and greeting, the only message I can send is the one in the email settings in the form itself.

I did edited the default.html file for the template directly but I maintained the keys like [#heading] [#message] etc.
and anyway this problem was happening before I edit the default.html.

still the same, when I upgrade using the updates tab it uninstalls the add on and the manual download link downloads the old version not the updated one

I changed the theme, but still same error, yesterday I tried disabling all plugins and activate one by one didn’t work as well
