It’s been 2 days without a reply. I need resolution for this issue.
Any assistance please? I need this fixed.
I am not using this addon, nor do I plan on purchasing it. The issue is, the PDF opening in a browser was working fine but if I ENABLE resumable downloads, I can open PDF in browser but I cannot watch the embedded video using your video template. However, if I DISABLE resumable downloads, I cannot open PDF in browser as it should work, but I can watch the embedded video using your video template. I should be able to do both with the PRO version I already have.
Any help on this, or any phone numbers I may call? I am paying for PRO support and I need this fixed as fast as possible.
Here’s what I did:
– Installed WP Super Cache
– Configured
– Cleaned cache and cookies locally
– Flush DNS
– Used new browser (Firefox)
– Tried on other machines
I am still having the same issue.
I don’t understand what this has to do with caching. Any changes that I make on our Intranet are immediate, plus I keep cache and cookies clean in my browser and we run our own internal DNS.
However, I will try WP Cache which is what I use personally in my home WordPress Installations.
No.
I modeled a template out of another template you had to fit our needs.
However, I used the Single Column with Doc Preview page template as you suggested and I get the same problem.
My setup is up to date on everything.
I am running my server on Microsoft Windows Server 2016 (64-bit) with IIS.
Hello,
Please see my first line in the post:
I am using your PRO plugin inside an INTRANET (hence no access from the outside).
Our Intranet is local use only.
In any case, I think this could be replicated in any environment. The bug is as follows:
In your settings page:
If I ENABLE resumable downloads, I can open PDF in browser but I cannot watch the embedded video using your video template.
If I DISABLE resumable downloads, I cannot open PDF in browser but I can watch the embedded video using your video template.
My add-ons page in my PRO installation on my WordPress says “null” and I cannot see the rest of the addons.
I agree with this. I have 90+ documents that I need to bulk update the link template. I was successful in updating page templates on these documents through a SQL query but i cannot do it with the links. I am using your plugin for controlled Intranet documents in a PRO version and it seems to me I should at least be able to do this.
Hello,
Sorry for this, but this is an Intranet so it has no access to outside logins. We are using your plugin as a document management system with versioning.
I did however, move the website from testing to production. I changed from server name to an internal FQDN. Are your links absolute in the database or relative? Could this be an issue?
