Didn’t I forgot to mention it was infinite?

anyway solved it my self by deleting the _fm_categories inside mysql unde wp_options removed the whole categories.

Next time please put a code that checks that if the category name is empty the plug-in should not create a category, it all started when you click create then didn’t enter anything on Name or description
