I using Avada theme, and in your editor I can’t use avada feathers. Search in all packages don’t search by id shortcode.

Ehh now my customers dont get any emails with confirmation, only confirmation from paypal….

customer: Will we get the high res file from you directly?

me: You don’t get any email with link to the file ?

customer: Unfortunately not, just the paypal confirmation. Could you send me the file asap?

Info from my another customer.

Subject: Download isn’t working

Comments:
I recently ordered one of your premium mockups but wasn’t able to download the file.
The process gets interrupted after a few minutes and can not be continued. I already tried
several times with different browsers and even pcs, but still no solution.
