We don’t have an explanation unless someone on our side added the code. Will continue to monitor. Thanks.

Is there an update on this? Thanks.

The latest version of WPDM on our sites is not displaying anything when directly navigating to a category. Earlier version 5.1.0 doesn’t have this bug, but it would be great if it were fixed in new versions.

No. Using an earlier version of WPDM is a temporary fix until you update the plugin to remove the bug. When will that happen?

I found a previous version of WPDM, 5.1.0, that doesn’t have this bug.

The issue is that many of our clients use Download Manager, and their front-end archives have disappeared with the new 5.3.5 version. For example:

screen shot

When the lines I specified above from wpdm-functions.php are deleted, however, the front-end display returns.

Would you please push out an update to fix this?

Our programmer believes he found the error. It’s on lines 2536-2538 of wpdm-functions.php. There is the following command that is not returning anything:

add_filter(“wpdm_frontend”, function ($tabs){
//unset($tabs)
});

This is breaking our network of sites, too. Could you push out a fix this week?

Where on this page does it say it is limited to 60 sites? https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/download-manager-dev/

In-fact it clearly states in the features list that it’s unlimited?

“Features:

All regular features of WordPress Download Manager Pro.
Priority support
Unlimited sites

I’ve logged out and logged back in, cleared browser cache, logged in using incognito mode, tried Firefox, Edge, Chrome and Opera. Still getting invalid license code?

So I was able to get the license to work, only after removing a key to an unrelated staging site. We have 2 developer licenses and should not be limited by domains I thought? Any further guidance is appreciated.

Also the “Access” checkboxes in the Category setings don’t seem to impact this

When we changed the settings of “Allowed User Roles to Create Package From Front-end” to include members they can see everything BUT they can also ADD NEW, which we do NOT want.
