I sftp into the server. Deleted the plugin directory. Installed 2.7.1 as per your latest version as listed on your website. Plugin activates. Menu does not appear. Lost

Im going to SFTP into the server and check for any residual files

The version that downloads from your site is Version: 2.7.1

where do i get the new version. I clicked download from your site

I have this version installed and activated : Version 2.7.1

Note this happened when clicked to update the plugin
