Ok great, so do we update the plugin on the live site as well? How do we fix it on the live site?
Hi there,
The website relies on Gravity Forms as it’s purely a website based on the questionnaire.
I’ve removed a bit of relying on GF so you should see the error. Turning off all plugins and themes doesn’t change anything (we wouldn’t come to you for support otherwise anyway… As mentioned we already spent hours trying to help your plugin).
It makes me think that this plugin is not PHP8.1 compatible but didn’t test it on lower versions.
I will send you FTP details in a separate response.
Any update here?
Have you noticed that AWS SDK is in YOUR plugin? This means your plugin has issues as well… it’s an AWS plugin that you’re selling.
I think it might be the time when we rather get a refund since you don’t really offer support.
I provided more than necessary support for the plugin I paid and spent a lot of time debugging (including how your your plugin affects WP Terms) to date and from your end all I can hear is “it works”
I’m sorry but this response is not useful. Are you saying that your plugin works only on some servers? So what are the exact requirements?
I’m not sure what this response is for, it’s irrelevant.
I’d appreciate it if you started by testing your plugin first that is not loading and the error that is returning. Exactly the error you see in the very first post. Feel free to test it here https://nzwstemp.digitalmachine.co.nz/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro&page=wpdm-aws
No, the problem comes from your plugin.
Disabling it fixes the problem, there’s absolutely no problem with the website only when your plugin is activated.
After investigating it seems like your plugin breaks built in WP Terms functionality. Please investigate and fix.
Without your plugin get_the_terms($post_id, 'post_tag');
returns tags
With your plugin get_the_terms($post_id, 'post_tag');
returns false
Amazing, that’s exactly what I needed thank you!
I can confirm that Martinarti workaround works. Upload directly will show “file missing” but through browse and select from the filesystem it works (on the same file).
Can plugin author please have a look at this bug?
Hi there,
We have the same problem, attached file is deleted / missing BUT download works.
Additionally on frontend download manager shows file size = 0.00kb
We’re using the latest download manager. Is there solution for that?
