Once we have it installed, where will we go to change out the preview from Google Docs to this PDF Viewer?

Hi Nayeem, Thank you for the reply.

Yes, that’s correct. We are using WPDM to display our PDF on a page using the “page-template-doc-preview” page template. Our issue is that certain company wifi connection is blocking the PDF from showing due to the Google Docs URL path (as per the screenshot). We are guessing it uses Google Docs to display the PDF?

Hi Nayeem,

Are you saying a caching plugin will fix the original issue? I thought you said the issue was caused by caching plugin, in which we told you we don’t have any caching plugin on our dev site currently.

We are currently not using any caching plugin as we’re working on a development site. Do you have other solutions or ideas?

I believe the lady was using the same default Email Lock system as us based on this thread: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/open-download-in-new-browser-winddow/#post-51198

We’ve opted out of using the Form Lock for the time being as it does not meet our requirement.
