Yes, that’s correct. We are using WPDM to display our PDF on a page using the “page-template-doc-preview” page template. Our issue is that certain company wifi connection is blocking the PDF from showing due to the Google Docs URL path (as per the screenshot). We are guessing it uses Google Docs to display the PDF?

Are you saying a caching plugin will fix the original issue? I thought you said the issue was caused by caching plugin, in which we told you we don’t have any caching plugin on our dev site currently.
