Can you even tell me where the file corresponding to [wpdmpp_guest_orders] shortcode is located ?
I want to customise the <div class=”card card-default card-purchases”> which is displayed by this shortcode

Hi Nayeem,

I find the problem, it was do to “smush” plugin. I disable it ! and everything works fine !

I just read your article.

How to use Guest Checkout and Download

For guests, is there a way to skip the step where they have to enter email and order ID ?

As is the case when we use the shortcode [wpdmpp_purchases] for user is logged in?

Email information and order id are already collected/generated, this complicates the guest download process unnecessarily..

Thanks for your quick reply,

But that’s not what i need, this plugin is to set up download limits for different user roles…

I set a stock limit of my package to 15 “for exemple” and i use the [quoto] shortcode to display this stock limit on sales page.

I want each time a package is sold, this stock limit is updated by counting -1 for each sale, and displays the remaining quantity.

Is the [quota] shortcode designed to just display a fixed number or is it dynamic ?

Yes of course,

1/ If set the quota limit for 15, and i sell 15 package in a month (or less) i want to reset this quantity the 1st of the month automatically.

2/ If set the quota limit for 15, and i sell 2 package today, the [quota] shortcode will display 13 (15-2) to indicate the remaining quantity before stock runs out.

3/ If the quantity reaches zero it would be good to indicate an “out of stock” message instead of zero

Great, thank you !

It was due to the client id and secret id which were not entered, the emails works correctly now.

But I still have a problem: I can’t insert the download link in the mail, I tried several variables like {{package_url}} without success. Which one should I use so that the buyer can download the package(s) he put in his cart?

Hello, I have double-checked, my Purchase Confirmation (To: Customer) and Purchase Confirmation – Guest (To: Customer) email templates are correctly configured with the shipping email address “insoliteguadeloupe@gmail.com”.
I used the free Check Email plugin, the test works and my site sends an email which lands in my inbox.
But when I make a test purchase via Paypal I do not receive the purchase confirmation email with the download links, after the payment process no emails are sent, neither for the admin nor for the customer

I don’t understand why !!

Damn, i have the email problem again, i test with another item at 15€.
I receive confirmation mail from paypal as usual.
But in wp dashboard the order stay in process and don’t complete automatically. I complete it manually but still nothing.
No admin sell notification mail and purchase-confirmation-guest mail was received. (i check spam)

Hi,

Ok, the order has been automatically complete after paiement, and emails was send !! Wonderfull.

But the automatic redirection to purshase guess page after paiement is not working.

Hi,

Yes, The “cart error” is resolved.

But my Email are still not send to guest purchasers.
I receveid my paypal notifications from paypal, but not the emails template i created from wpdm. I check the spam folder.
And I don’t see the transaction on purchase section in WP dashbord.
My ipn is still activated on paypal url set on : http://insolite-guadeloupe-voyage.com/?action=wpdmpp-payment-notification&class=Paypal
