The user Yanier/johhn Smith is not allowed to see the top bar. This user is for you to see the issue#2 which is the ticket problem. When you switch to Yanier Smith please go to Priority Support and on the right side you should see a list of open tickets with the WPDM plugin disabled.
Any possibility of doing it today. We have very unhappy clients that can’t see the tickets.
So issue#1 seems gone when I try a different instance/user of chrome, but back at the other chrome user even after I’ve cleared my cache, I still get the Fatal Error.
Issue#2 still present.
So looks like that the fatal error was my cache. The problem with the tickets still there tho.
Please try to go here Dashboard > Home. I still get it also as a logged in client I still dont see the list of tickets. As soon as I disable the plugin I see it.
