Sorry Shahriar,

Something still not working: after updating site to WP 4.9, WPDM 4.7.2, Tiny MCE add-on 2.7.1 , I have an empty package list in tiny mce as posted by Chris.

Works flawlessly on another site with 4.8.3, 4.7.1 and 2.7.0.

Any ideas?

Followup.

Found this message in server log:

/var/www/sites/[…]/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/.htaccess:
Invalid command ‘IndexIgnore’, perhaps misspel
led or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

Autoindex module is disabled on Apache server, so IndexIgnore crashed the whole thing.

I commented the IndexIgnore command in .htaccess and everything seems to work fair.

Tried a reinstall, no change. All files are in place. Contacted server support for help, I’ll let you know if we come up with a solution.

I have now seen that all the WPDM css calls return a 500 error page. Any clues? Maybe a lack of resources?
